Special Dreams Program
Special Dreams is an exciting program designed to make a wish come true for an older adult or person with a disability in the San Antonio community.
The nominee (or a nominator) will fill out an application form explaining why s/he feels we should fulfill the nominee’s dream. Generally one or two times each year, a selection committee will review the nominations and select an applicant’s dream to fulfill.
If you know of someone that you would like to nominate or you would like to nominate yourself please contact our office for more information. You may also email us your nomination with the following information: Nominator’s name and phone number; Nominee’s name, address, phone number and age; facility name (if applicable); any special care needs the Nominee may have; and tell us about the nominee’s dream and why it is important to them.
All decisions are the sole discretion of Griswold Special Care of San Antonio.
